Patient And Method: This Study Included 16 Patients With Oral Ranula Were Divided In To Two Equal Groups, First Group Was Treated With Partial Sublingual Glandectomy With Ranula Evacuation, And Second Group Was Treated With Total Sublingual Glandectomy With Ranula Evacuation. All Patients Were Examined Clinically For Early Evaluation At 3rd, 7th And 14th Days Postopratively To Evaluate (pain Degree, Swelling, Wound Healing, Affection Of Tongue Sensation And Affection Of Submandibular Gland And Its Duct). And Delayed Evaluation At 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th And 6th Months Postoperatively To Evaluate (affection Of Tongue Sensation, Affection Of Submadibular Gland And Its Duct And Recurrence Of Oral Ranula).

Results: In Early Evaluation There Was No Statically Significant Differences Between Both Groups, Except For Pain Degree In 14th Day Postoperatively (P Value Was 0.046) And Also Affection Of The Tongue Sensation (as P Value Was 0.04). In Delayed Evaluation There Was Statically Significant Differences At 1st, 2nd And 3rd Months Postoperatively For Affection Of The Tongue Sensation (as P Value Were 0.04, 0.03 And 0.04). Conclusion: Partial Sublingual Glandectomy With Ranula Evacuation Is Attended With Minimal Morbidity And No Recurrence In Treatment Of Oral Ranula.
