ABSTRACT
Construction Of An Accurate 3D Model Is Essential To Achieve Realistic Results Using Finite Element Analysis. In This Study The Amount Of Stress Expressed On Root Canal Walls During Instrumentation With Two Metallurgically Different Files Has Been Examined In Precise Root Models With Different Radii. Results Revealed That Root Canals Instrumented With ProTaper NEXT Showed Lower Stress Values Than HyFlex CM. The Outcome Of This Study Proofs That The Amount Of Stress On Root Canal Dentin Following Root Canal Preparation Depends On The Properties And Geometry Of Instrument, But Stress Distribution Is Similar Regardless Which Instrument Is Used.
