ABSTRACT
Purpose To Evaluation The Effect Of Deep Marginal Elevation Technique On Fracture Force Of CAD-CAM-fabricated Overlay Restorations Using Hybrid Ceramic Material (VITA Enamic). Materials And Methods Twenty Overlay Restorations Were Constructed In This Study. The Samples Were Divided Into Two Main Groups According To The Ceramic Material (n=10). The Type Of Ceramics That Was Used Is (vita Enamic). The First Group: VITA ENAMMIC Hybrid Ceramic Overlays Without Deep Marginal Elevation (DME). The Second Group: VITA ENAMMIC Hybrid Ceramic Overlays With Deep Marginal Elevation (DME). The Two Main Groups Was Cemented By RelyX Ultimate Clicker Resin Cement.

Results: There Was A Significant Difference Between The Vita Enamic Material With DME And Without DME Technique. The First Group Was Higher Than The Second Group. Conclusion: Although The Deep Marginal Elevation Technique Has A Lower Fracture Strength But It Is Considered A Promising Treatment.
