ABSTRACT

Aim: The Study Aimed To Evaluate Clinical Implant Stability In The Maxilla Treated By Implant Placement With Simultaneous Soft Tissue Augmentation.Methodology: Ten Patients Were Randomly Selected From The Outpatient Clinic Of The Implantology Department. They Were Treated With Implant Placement With Simultaneous Soft Tissue Augmentation In The Maxilla. The Patients Were Assigned To Be Treated Using 11 Titanium Implants.

Results: There Was A Statistically Significan Increase In Mean Implant Stability Immediately Postoperative Was 66.45 (1.57) That Increased To 75.55 (2.5) Six Months Postoperative The Difference Was Statistically Significant (P-value <0.001, Efect Size = 3.971). (P ? 0.05).Conclusion: Implant Placement In Maxilla With Simultaneous Soft Tissue Augmentation Is A Viable Option For Treatment Of Missing Teeth. Remarkable Increase In Implant Stability. Although, Long Term Follow Up Studies Are Required To Confirm The Long Term Stability Of The Technique.
