Orbital Floor Fractures Are Traditionally Treated By Reduction Through Trans-orbital Approach, Internal Rigid Fixation, And Primary Bone Grafting. A Different Approach To The Orbital Floor Reduction And Fixation Through The Underneath Antrum Was Popularized In The Evolving Maxillofacial Endoscopic Surgery Era. The Endoscopic Reduction Of Orbital Floor Fracture Offers Great Advantages Over The Traditional Technique.
