ABSTRACT
Objective: Evaluate The Radiographic Finding Of CBCTsialography In Chronic Inflammatory And Non-inflammatory Lesions Of Salivary Gland . Study Design: Twenty Patients Of Both Sexes And Varying Ages Were Selected Complaining Of Inflammatory And Non-inflammatory Salivary Gland Lesions Diagnosed By Patient History, Clinical Examination Were Undergone Conventional Sialography And CBCT Scanning. Then All Images Were Analyzed And Scored, The Radiographs Will Be Evaluated By Three Radiologists Independently Of Each Other .

Results: There Was Statistically Sagnificance Diffirence Between CBCT Finding And Plain Imaging With Respect To Visualization Of The Intraglandular Duct (p = 0.001) And Degree Of Sialectasia (p0.001). However, Plain Imaging And CBCT Were The Same For The Identification Of Strictures (p0.061) Conclusion: Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) Sialography Is Superior To Conventional Sialography For Evaluation Of Chronic Inflammatory And Non-inflammatory Lesions Of Salivary.
