ABSTRACT

Aim: Assess The Outcome Of PRF Clots And Beta Tricalcium Phosphate As Sinus Graft Materiel With Simultaneous Implant Placement. Patient And Methods: Sixteen Patients Were Included In The Study Divided Into Two Groups As The First Control Group Sinus Augmentation Was Done Using Beta-TCP Alone And The Second Study Group Using Beta-TCP And PRF. Result: Using Beta-TCP Mixed With PRF Show Better Bone Density And Better Stability After 6 Months. Conclusion: The Use Of Beta-TCP Mixed With PRF As A Graft Materiel In Sinus Lifting Procedure Is Highly Superior To Beta-TCP Alone With Respect To The Implant Stability And Bone Density Around The Implant.
