Teeth Spacing Is A Dental Abnormality Defineby Interdental Spaces And Lack Of Contact Points Between Teeth. The Appearance Of A Diastema Between The Central Incisors In Adults Often Is Considered Non-esthetic And Malocclusion Problem. Extent And The Etiology Of The Diastema And Spacing Must Be Properly Evaluated. The Author Report A Case Of 32 Years Old Female Who Presented To The Orthodontic Clinic With Moderate Upper And Lower Spacing, Anterior Diastema, And Lower Midline Shifted To Left Side By 3mm. It Was Decided To Treat The Case With Fixedorthodontic Therapy. The Spaces Were Closed Simply And Coordinate Both Arches. At The End Of The Treatment, Archived Ideal Overjet And Overbite, Pleasing Profileand An Esthetic Smile. The Present Case Study Demonstrates That Close The Spaces Orthodontically Could Be A Good Choice For Mild To Moderate Spacing Cases. The Most Important Part Of Treating Spacing Cases Is Maintenance Of Treatment Result. It Has High Relapse Tendency.
