ABSTRACT

Aim: The Aim Of The Study Is To Evaluate Marginal Bone Loss Surrounding Implants After Immediate Implant Placement In Maxillary Premolar Region With Xenograft Bone Deproteinized Bovine Bone Mineral Particulates Versus Allograft Bone Particulates.Methodology: Twelve Patients Suffering From Severely Decayed Maxillary Premolar Teeth Have Been Extracted Atraumatically Followed By Immediate Implant Placement Using Xenograft Bone Deproteinized Bovine Bone Mineral Particulates Versus Allograft Bone Particulates.

Results: Allograft Group Has Mean Bone Loss 0.7?0.39 If Only Successful Cases Are Included And. Xenograft Group Has Mean Bone Loss 1.1?0.59 If Only Successful Cases Included.

Conclusions: Within Limitations Of Study, Jumping Gap Should Be Contained With A More Viable Graft To Ensure Maintainance Of Buccal Bone Level As Well As Decreasing Rate Of Marginal Bone Loss.
