ABSTRACT
Facial Nerve Repair Is A Devastating Surgical Problem. Many Techniques Reported With Plenty Of Surgical Solutions To Repair The Nerve Injuries That Result From Different Etiological Factors. Our Study Conducted On 8 Experimental Animals Of Egyptian Yearling Goats. One Side Of The Goat Face Left Intact As A Control Side, While On The Other Side Iatrogenic Facial Nerve Injury Performed. Then A Novel Hypoglossal Facial Microsurgical Neurorrhaphy Used To Repair The Resultant Palsy, A Clinical Assessment With Airflow Test Done At One, Three And Six Months Postoperatively.
